I'm Jae, and my path to helping business owners reclaim their time started with the most humble beginning—a single website editing task during the middle of the pandemic (2020). While everyone was adjusting to a new reality, I was discovering mine. That one project lit a fire in me to learn everything I could about supporting businesses, and I've been upskilling and growing ever since.
My Expertise
Education & Foundation
With a Psychology degree and licensure as a Psychometrician, I specialize in understanding how people think and work. I use that insight to create systems and workflows that are intuitive, human-centered, and built for real-world use.
Life with Cats
One of the biggest decisions I've made was moving out of my parents' house in 2021 when I was 23. It was one of those life moments that felt both terrifying and absolutely necessary; the kind of step that changes everything about how you see yourself and your independence.
Growing Into Myself
A year later, my partner and I made another life-changing decision: we adopted two cats, Rolex and Tumi. (Yes, we have a thing for luxury brand names!) Recently, we welcomed our third furry family member, Fendi, who we adopted and who has completely stolen our hearts.
Grounded in Real Life
When I'm not helping business owners reclaim their sanity, you'll find me co-managing a local pet supplies shop with my partner and siblings. It's our little family venture locally that keeps me grounded in the day-to-day realities of running a business—which, ironically, makes me even better at supporting my clients.
Adventures That Changed Me
I've caught the travel bug in the most unexpected way. It all started when one of my clients surprised me with an all-expense-paid trip to Singapore in 2022. That experience opened my eyes to a whole new world, and since then, I’m always trying my best to explore different countries across Asia. There's something about experiencing new cultures and perspectives that makes me a better business partner—I bring that curiosity and adaptability to everything I do.
